Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Intelligent Interactive Systems

In the Master of Science programme in Intelligent Interactive Systems (IISy), students study at the Technical Faculty of the University of Bielefeld, one of Germany's largest and most diverse universities. The faculty features renowned research institutes such as CITEC, the research institute for Cognitive Interaction Technology, and the CoAI, the Joint Research Center on Cooperative and Cognition-enabled AI. Students in the IISy programme can specialise in three thematic blocks: Interaction Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Autonomous Systems Engineering. The curriculum also emphasizes practical skills, with a focus on interdisciplinary research methods, critical thinking, and teamwork. Students have the option to participate in the Double Degree programme with the University of Bologna, where they can earn a Master's degree in Computer Science.
