Use our search to filter 60,000+ programs by country, subject, language, and tuition. Compare deadlines, eligibility, and detailed program descriptions to shortlist the best fit. Not sure where to start? Our recruitment specialists reply within 24 hours.

2

Submit one application

Click Apply Now and complete a single all-in-one application in under 15 minutes — no matter how many universities or programs you choose. Create your account, fill in your details, upload your documents, and pay the application fee using a card, PayPal, bank transfer, WeChat, or Alipay.

3

Global Admissions reviews your file

Our enrollments team personally checks every document to make sure it meets each university's requirements. We'll come back to you with feedback if anything needs to be tweaked, so your file is in the strongest possible shape before it leaves our hands.

4

University reviews and decides

We forward your application to each university as soon as their intake opens. Processing typically takes 4–8 weeks, and competitive programs may invite you to a short online interview. We track every file and keep you posted on each decision.

5

Accept your offer and pay the deposit

When you're admitted, the university issues a pre-admission notice with the program details, tuition, and deposit. Paying the deposit secures your seat — the university then mails your official admission notice and visa form (e.g., JW202 for China) to your home address.

6

Get your visa and enroll

Take your admission package to the embassy to apply for your student visa. Once it's stamped, book your flight, request an airport pickup if needed, and complete on-campus registration when you arrive. Welcome to your new university — you've made it.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the full application process take?
From submission to enrollment, plan for roughly 3–6 months. University review alone takes 4–8 weeks, and visa processing adds another 2–4 weeks. Starting early gives you the most flexibility on intakes and scholarships.
When should I start my application?
We recommend starting at least 6 months before your intended intake. Some documents — recommendation letters, transcripts, non-criminal records — take weeks to obtain, and competitive programs and scholarships fill up quickly.
What documents do I need?
Most programs require a passport copy, a white-background photo, your highest education transcripts and diploma, a personal statement, two recommendation letters, and a bank statement. Bachelor, Master, and PhD programs may ask for additional materials.
How much does it cost to apply?
University application fees are typically USD 80–150 per program and are non-refundable. Global Admissions offers a free standard application service, plus optional Priority and Guaranteed services for last-minute, competitive, or scholarship applications.
Can I apply to more than one university?
Yes. You complete a single application on our platform and we forward it to every university and program you choose — there's no need to fill in separate forms for each one.
What happens after I'm accepted?
The university issues a pre-admission notice with your tuition and deposit details. After paying the deposit, they prepare your admission package and visa form (such as the JW202 for China) and mail it to your home address so you can apply for your student visa.
Do you help with the visa application?
Yes. Once your admission package arrives, we walk you through the visa documents required by the embassy in your country and help with airport pickup, accommodation, and on-campus registration when you land.
