Medien und Gesellschaft at Siegen tackles the intellectual problem of media's role in society, drawing from social, political, cultural, and economic perspectives. This interdisciplinary programme, involving the Philosophical and Business faculties, uniquely integrates cultural, social, and economic studies, culminating in a collaborative project that addresses current media research questions and bridges to practical applications. This four-semester (full-time) or eight-semester (part-time) programme, featuring an interdisciplinary project, is a highlight of the curriculum.
