Graduates of the Masterstudiengang Informatik – Verteilte und Mobile Anwendungen go on to work in research or start their own companies. The programme's emphasis on internationalisation and research prepares students for roles in global industries and for further academic study, including a PhD.

Students gain hands-on experience in the Wissenschaftliches Masterprojekt, collaborating on industry- or research-focused projects. This project-based approach not only prepares students for their master's thesis but also equips them with the skills to tackle scientific problem-solving.

The option for an integrated semester abroad at one of the Hochschule's Partnerhochschulen allows students to immerse themselves in a global academic environment without extending their study duration.

Additional international opportunities include summer schools, overseas internships, and the chance to complete the Abschlussarbeit in a foreign country.
