Guided by Dr Huijing Chen, Dr Adele Bezuidenhout, and Dr Aamir Amin, the focus is on algorithms, data, and contexts and their interplay, aligning with the company’s strategy. The project will investigate which forecasting methods are most suitable for supply chain management, the types of data useful for predictive analytics, and how AI can help organisations understand and navigate complex contexts. Additionally, the programme will explore human-AI complementarity when Machine Learning drives human learning in supply chains.
