The MSc Electromobility – ACES is a four-semester programme taught at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in both German and English, with intake in the winter and summer semesters. Students build expertise by selecting two majors from four available tracks: AI and Autonomous Driving, which covers machine learning, automatic control, and image processing; Connectivity, focusing on digital communications, communication systems, computer communication, and smart grids; E-Powertrain, addressing power electronics, electrical drives, automotive engineering, and fuel cells; and Sustainable Mobility and Production Technology, which includes resource-efficient production systems, electrical energy storage, and lightweight construction. The curriculum combines major modules with elective modules, soft skills and laboratory training, a practical training period, a project thesis with advanced seminar, and a master's thesis with advanced seminar. Teaching runs through the first three semesters, with the fourth semester reserved for completing the master's thesis. The programme is offered at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in Erlangen, Germany.
