Medical Office Assistant Certificate Program

This programme focuses on training students to work as medical office assistants in healthcare settings. Students learn administrative and clinical skills through a case study approach in a blended online and in-person format. The program includes 160 hours of practicum training in the final month. Graduates gain experience in medical office operations, patient care, and healthcare software.

Minimum 17 years of age, admission interview, Alberta High School Diploma or recognized equivalent. International applicants need IELTS Academic overall 5.5 (no band below 5.0) or equivalent. English proficiency test results must be valid within two years.
