Master of Engineering BS

The Master of Engineering in Bauchäden, Baumängel und Instandsetzungsplanung is led by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Marcus Rühl and conducted in cooperation with the Fachbereich Bauen und Gestalten of the Hochschule Kaiserslautern. This programme addresses the critical need for professionals skilled in assessing and repairing building damages, a field that requires deep technical, economic, and legal understanding.

It offers a modular and highly practical approach, taught by experts from universities and industry, including authors of key technical publications. This master's degree runs for four semesters, with two weeks of on-campus sessions per semester. Classes are kept small with a maximum of 26 participants, ensuring a personalized learning experience. Students also receive a Sachverständigenzertifikat from Hochschule Kaiserslautern, enhancing their professional credibility.
