This programme is designed for professionals with expertise in fields such as healthcare, business, entrepreneurship, and trades. It prepares them to become certified instructors for adult learners. Students study educational theories, teaching methods, and classroom management. They gain practical experience through a 480-hour practicum.

12 months, 480 practicum hours, blended learning format with online and on-campus components.

Graduates enter roles as instructors in educational settings for adult learners.

Minimum 18 years of age, admission interview, demonstrated professional mastery through work or volunteer experience, or post-secondary studies. English language proficiency required: IELTS 6.0 with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80, Duolingo 110, or CLB 7. International credentials may require IQAS evaluation.
