Master Elektrotechnik

Graduates of the Master Elektrotechnik programme at the Hochschule Kaiserslautern go on to become engineers, often returning to the industries they came from. They also pursue PhD studies, and gain roles in management and research. The programme allows students to tailor their coursework to their interests and career goals, with numerous Wahlmodule. The 4-semester programme delivers 90 ECTS, including 30 dedicated to the Masterarbeit. Teaching is in the form of lectures, seminars and flipped-classroom formats. The programme is accredited by ASIIN e.V., and students can carry out their Masterarbeit in their own company, with the support of faculty mentors.
