About Master in Cognitive Science

The Master of Science in Cognitive Science at Technical University of Darmstadt treats the human mind as an information processing system and trains students to understand perception, thinking, decision-making, and action. Cognitive science and artificial intelligence form the core of the curriculum, supplemented by introductory courses in neuroscience, linguistics, and philosophy. The programme runs over 4 semesters, starting in the winter semester, and is organised by the Department of Human Sciences in close cooperation with the Department of Computer Science.
