Graduates are qualified to work as Indigenous artists and craftspeople in community-based centers, heritage sites, museums, or as independent artisans. The programme develops skills in traditional and contemporary Indigenous visual arts. Students learn beadwork, sewing, footwear, carving, and fine craftwork through hands-on instruction. They also gain knowledge in managing an art career and developing products for local and international markets.

Graduates enter careers in community-based art production, heritage centers, museums, or as independent artisans.

Must be 17 years or older. Must identify as a Canadian or Alaskan Indigenous person. Submit a personal statement. Achieve acceptable scores on English and math assessments.
