Transport is a master's programme taught in English at Warsaw University of Technology in Warszawa, running over three semesters. Within the Transport Systems Engineering and Management specialisation, students acquire extended knowledge and skills in road, railway, and municipal transport systems, control and management, and the optimisation and planning of transport systems. Example modules include Planning of Transport Systems, Modelling of Transport Processes, Applied Mechanics, Theory of Reliability and Safety, Measurement Systems, Urban and Regional Transport Management, Designing Multimodal Transport Nodes, Systems Vehicles and Infrastructure of Automated Transport, Human Factor in Intelligent Transportation Systems, Managing Investment Process in Transport, and Legal Regulations in Transport Policy. Annual tuition is 5500 EUR. Graduates may pursue careers with companies and local government units involved in planning transport development and carrying out investment processes in transport, alongside roles in traffic engineering, transport consulting, and infrastructure design. Transport systems engineering brings together civil engineering, computer science, and policy analysis to plan, build, and manage networks that move people and goods efficiently.
