Bachelor in Musikerziehung (B.A.) – Pop

Osnabrück's Hochschule is renowned for its practical focus in music education, particularly in the Pop programme's emphasis on collective, informal, and playful approaches to music, as well as the direct communication and expression through singing. It is particularly notable for pop singers and singer-songwriters in the German-speaking region. The Hochschule places strong emphasis on developing the individual's own performance and artistic expression, as well as practical skills. In addition to the main modules like 'Basismodul Künstlerisches Hauptfach (Pop)' and 'Jazz-Pop-Chor und Stimmbildung (Pop)', students work intensively in their own and Hochschule Bands and receive regular coaching from external professionals in their final year of study.
