Master in Microelectronic Systems

This three-semester Master's programme, jointly offered by FH Westküste University of Applied Sciences and HAW Hamburg, focuses on the development and application of microelectronic systems, with particular relevance to the energy transition and digitalisation. Core subject areas include integrated circuits, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and artificial intelligence applications, including in fields such as e-mobility. The curriculum is structured across two teaching semesters and a final thesis semester. Modules in the first semester cover System on Chip, Embedded Signal Processing, Smart Sensor Systems, a sustainable research project, and a general elective.
