Master Transformation (MBA)

Würzburg, Germany Taught in English Open to international students

About the Program

The MBA Master Transformation programme is designed to give participants a thorough grounding in global, organisational, and personal transformation, with emphasis on the forces shaping change in contemporary business: digitalisation, climate change, and shifting societal values. Students learn to analyse these drivers and design future business strategies and scenarios, while building methodological, personal, and social competencies for managing complex transformation processes. The programme is structured over 3 semesters. In the first semester, participants examine why transforming processes, structures, value propositions, and business models is difficult under volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous conditions. The second semester introduces leadership and management methods that students can test in university-based projects. In the third semester, students apply what they have learned in transformation projects at external organisations. The programme draws on faculty from six of THWS's faculties as well as external experts. It starts in the summer semester with annual tuition of 11,000 EUR. The programme is offered at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) in Schweinfurt.
