Master in Hybrid, Part-Time MBA for Working Professionals

The Hybrid, Part-Time MBA for Working Professionals at the WFI Ingolstadt School of Management (Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt) is a four-semester English-language programme designed for working managers and professionals who wish to develop a broad general management foundation while remaining in full-time employment. It starts in the winter semester. The programme covers management and strategy, innovation and sustainability, digitalisation and AI, economics and finance, managing products and services, and an impact project leading to the Master's thesis. Teaching is in a hybrid format combining online and in-person components. A distinguishing feature is two business immersions: one in Silicon Valley to visit companies across different industries and stages of growth, and one in Germany to engage with companies that have achieved global expansion. There are 14 teaching modules in the programme, each worth 5 ECTS credits and comprising four days of teaching with blended learning. The programme does not require a prior degree in business administration and is open to professionals from any industry and organisational background. Candidates with at least two years of professional experience after their first degree are eligible to apply. The programme is offered at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in Ingolstadt, Germany.
