The Project Management programme focuses on the skills and competencies needed to operate and manage both local and international projects. The curriculum covers project management methodologies suited to different project contexts, communication across culturally diverse projects, leadership in project, program, and portfolio management, creative problem-solving through all stages of the project lifecycle, and critical thinking applied to project and program management. The programme is delivered in a blended format that includes face-to-face sessions, online teaching, independent work, and group work. Lectures are scheduled twice a month, mainly on Saturdays, and the programme is flexible enough for students who intend to finish in one year. Courses involve lectures, team work, individual readings, presentations, and online activities. Studies begin in September 2026 and run for one year. The programme is offered at Vaasa University of Applied Sciences in Vaasa.
