Master-Fernstudiengang Informatik (Aufbaustudium)

With 120 ECTS, the Master-Fernstudiengang Informatik (Aufbaustudium) at Hochschule Trier is a four-semester programme that offers a range of perspectives.

This 4-semester programme includes 9 modules plus a project and a final thesis, each covering one topic in-depth: for example, in Grundlagen der Softwareentwicklung, students learn to develop software from scratch. It is specifically aimed at career-changers from non-computing backgrounds who are already working or have worked in the field, providing a structured pathway to a Master's degree.
