Bachelor in Ka­tho­li­sche Theo­lo­gie (B.A.)

Graduates of the Katholische Theologie programme at Saarland University often pursue careers in the church or non-church education, counselling, and media sectors, in publishing, in social and charitable work, or in cultural institutions and economic enterprises (e.g. in the personnel department).

The programme is accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities and focuses on biblical foundations, historical theology, systematic theology, theological ethics, and practical theology. Modules such as Digi­ta­le Arbeitswelten, Journalismus, and Marketing are offered in the Professionalisierungsbereich.
