Students learn to apply physical, health, and social science principles to massage therapy through classroom instruction, lab work, and clinical placements. They develop hands-on skills in simulated environments and on-campus clinics. Practical training includes assessment techniques and manual applications. Clinical placements occur in community settings and at Camosun's on-campus clinics.

2 years or 6 terms, full-time, with supervised practice and clinical placements.

Graduates are eligible to take the CCHPBC registration examination to become a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia.

C in English 12, or C in English 12 Camosun Alternative, or IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0), or TOEFL 90 (no band below 21). Math pre-requisite may be required for some courses.
