This programme prepares students to work as dental office administrators in dental practices and oral health settings. Students learn to manage appointments, patient records, insurance, and treatment scheduling. They gain hands-on experience in infection prevention, sterilization, and clinical support. The program focuses on developing communication, organizational, and technical skills for dental office operations.

One year; full-time; includes field placement; courses delivered three days per week.

Graduates enter roles such as dental receptionist, dental office manager, or billing and insurance administrator in dental practices and health-care settings.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Mature Student Status. Grade 12 English (C or U) with minimum 60 percent.
