The program focuses on practical, hands-on training in food services. Students learn culinary techniques through station rotations in a commercial kitchen. They gain experience in catering, banquets, and community events. The curriculum is grounded in industry standards and applied cooking methods.

Graduates enter roles as cooks and chefs in hotels, care facilities, educational institutions, and cruise lines.

Math 10 and English 10 required. Satisfactory tuberculosis test required. Yukon First Nations Core Competency must be completed.
