Årsstudium i samfunnsrettet ernæring utforsker hvordan kosthold, helse og bærekraft er knyttet sammen, og hvordan politikk og samfunnsstrukturer påvirker våre matvaner. Studiet gir en solid forståelse av mat og ernærings rolle i samfunnet, og utforsker hvordan et sunt og bærekraftig kosthold bidrar til god helse og forebygger sykdom.

Du vil lære hvordan ulike faktorer påvirker tilgangen til sunn mat: fra individets valg til offentlige reguleringer. Studiet legger vekt på formidling og samarbeid, og du vil utvikle evnen til å arbeide prosjektorientert i team.
