For 9-1-1 Emergency and Call Centre Communications, tuition is Year one domestic: $3,160 (CAD).

Students learn to handle emergency and non-emergency calls in high-pressure environments. They practice using computer-aided dispatch software and participate in field placements. Training includes crisis intervention, mental health resilience, and communication skills. The program prepares students for roles in public safety communications.

Four semesters; 60 credits; two 70-hour field placements; in-person delivery.

Graduates work as emergency communications dispatchers, customer service representatives, transportation dispatchers, or emergency advisors.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Mature Student Status; Grade 12 English (C or U); CPR Level C within one year; standard first aid within three years.
