Sustainable Development Academy | SDA

This programme engages participants with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in a critical and solution-oriented way. The aim is to develop skills for creating practical approaches to sustainability challenges at a local level. Throughout the programme, participants work in multidisciplinary teams on a real-life challenge, supported by workshops and expert guidance, and present their findings in a plenary session at the end. Teaching formats include lectures, discussion sessions, expert talks, group work, and field trips that give participants direct contact with local institutions and their work in practice. The group size is 25 participants. The programme is offered at the University of Potsdam in Potsdam, Germany.
