About Sustainability Challenges in a Global World

This intensive programme examines sustainability and responsibility through perspectives drawn from multiple disciplines. It covers the microeconomic foundations of sustainability alongside ethical, legal, political, and psychological dimensions, as well as fundamentals of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and circular economy principles. The programme includes seminars, corporate talks, and field trips. In the second phase, students work in service design teams on real-world challenges linked to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The average group size is 22 participants. The course is offered at HWR Berlin (Berlin School of Economics and Law) in Berlin, Germany.
