This microprogram focuses on strategic management in uncertain environments. Students develop skills in strategic decision-making using data and practical tools. The programme addresses key areas such as stakeholder management and mergers and acquisitions. It prepares professionals to align organizational actions with strategic goals.

Focus areas include Strategic Management in Uncertain Contexts, Stakeholder Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Data-Driven Strategic Analysis, Strategic Alliances, Non-Market Strategy.

Graduates enter roles in strategic planning, corporate development, and organizational consulting.

Bachelor's degree with at least 90 credits or equivalent. Minimum cumulative average of 2.7 on a 4.3 scale or 12 on a 20 scale. Prioritized fields include communication, law, economics, engineering, political science, and sociology. English proficiency is strongly recommended. International applicants cannot apply due to immigration requirements.
