Master in Soziale Arbeit – Bildung und Organisation (Master)

This master's programme in Social Work, Education, and Organisation is based out of the Campus Südstadt, and prepares future leaders in social organisations to tackle societal challenges such as social inequality, digitalisation, diversity, globalisation, and socio-ecological change. Students develop competencies for organisational change, strategic development, and educational arrangements, alongside extensive research skills to analyse and reflect on social transformation. The programme, lasting four semesters and awarding 120 ECTS, builds on the established 'Pädagogik und Management in der Sozialen Arbeit' course.
