Bachelor in Software Design International

The Software Design International bachelor's programme at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences teaches the principles and practice of software development across a seven-semester curriculum. Core areas include systems analysis, software development using multiple programming languages and technologies, software engineering (covering architecture, testing, requirements engineering, and usability), databases, computer networks, IT hardware, operating systems, multimedia technology, and IT security. Project management, agile development, and data science — including artificial intelligence and machine learning — are also covered. From the sixth semester, students specialise in either Data Science or Digital Transformation. The programme starts in the winter semester.
