Rooms Division Management

The Front Office Management module introduces the use of a property management system and digital marketing tools to support rooms-division revenue and occupancy forecasting. Alongside this, the Accommodation & Sustainable Facilities Management module examines energy, waste and water management in hospitality properties, while Work Based Learning lets you apply theory to real workplace issues. The certificate is aimed at people already working in or aspiring to roles such as reservations officer, front-office receptionist or housekeeping supervisor. It is delivered online over one year and consists of three mandatory, 10-credit modules that build from front-office operations to sustainable facilities practice and a reflective workplace project.
