Bachelor in Psychology

SWPS University offers a bachelor's program in Psychology, taught in English over six semesters, with yearly tuition of 6800 EUR. The program is available in Warsaw, Sopot, Wrocław and Kraków. Coursework helps students build a deep understanding of core areas in psychology, including social psychology, cognitive psychology, personality psychology, the psychology of emotion and motivation, and the psychology of individual differences. Students also learn about practical applications of psychological research in fields such as psychopathology, clinical and health psychology, work and organizational psychology, educational psychology, and cross-cultural psychology. Theoretical courses are paired with classes that build practical skills essential to psychological research, including methodology, statistics and psychometrics, along with competencies needed in human interaction, such as basic psychological skills, personal skills and the ability to work in groups. Each academic year, students take part in at least one project-based course, giving them a chance to apply what they have learned in a more practical way, for example by working on a group research project. A bachelor's program of this breadth, offered across four Polish cities and taught in English, gives students both a grounding in psychological theory and hands-on exposure to research methods and applied settings. Graduates typically move on to master's-level specialization, whether in clinical psychology, organizational psychology or another applied track, or enter entry-level roles in fields such as human resources, education support, market research or social services, where an understanding of individual and group behavior is valuable.
