Project Management for Educators

Graduates can move into project-lead roles within school technology programmes, become curriculum developers who embed coding and digital skills, or act as project coordinators for educational non-profits and local education authorities. The programme runs over a single semester and is delivered in a blended, part-time format at the Donegal – Letterkenny campus. It centres on a mandatory Project Management module (10 credits, Level 8) that covers planning and control techniques, risk management, cost and duration estimation, graphical planning tools such as Gantt charts, and selection of appropriate team organisations.
