Graduates of the Professional Chef BA (Hons) Top-up move into senior positions such as head chef, sous chef, culinary entrepreneur, food product developer or teaching roles, often within Michelin-starred restaurants, high-end hotels and innovative food businesses.

The programme is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality and gives students regular access to the college’s award-winning training restaurant and industry-standard kitchens, providing a real-world environment for skill development and competition participation.

It is aimed at holders of a relevant HND, foundation degree or Level 5 culinary qualification who also have at least three years of professional kitchen experience and wish to deepen their technical, managerial and entrepreneurial expertise.
