The PrépaTalents IRA programme, open to the IPAG d'Amiens since the 2021/2022 academic year, partners with the IRA de Lille to support students or job seekers with a degree of BAC + 3 or higher to prepare for the external and/or 3rd round competitions for entry into the IRA. It offers intensive support through academic or professional training, financial aid (a bursary supplement of 4,000 euros per year), and personalized mentoring from civil servants. Programme modules include 'Droit Administratif', 'Transformations contemporaines de la démocratie', and 'Finances publiques locales'.
