Students complete more than 1,000 hours of clinical practice, with placements that have included Blackburn Rovers Football Club, the Ministry of Defence and overseas sites. From day one you work in a purpose-built rehabilitation clinic and movement analysis laboratory, linking theory to real-world patient care.

The programme blends academic study with clinical learning through case-based modules that cover competencies for physiotherapy, personal and professional development, society and public health, and research. All teaching staff are HCPC-registered physiotherapists and members of the CSP, bringing current practice into the classroom.

Graduates meet HCPC proficiency standards and are prepared to lead service improvement, collaborate across health professions and influence health policy locally, nationally and internationally.
