The Pharmacy Technician Diploma prepares graduates to work as regulated pharmacy technicians. Students learn to support pharmacists in community and hospital settings. The programme covers medication safety, compounding, and pharmacy operations. Graduates are qualified to perform prescription preparation and checking under supervision.

Two years full-time, 160 hours community pharmacy practicum, 200 hours hospital practicum.

Graduates work as pharmacy technicians in community pharmacies, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and compounding pharmacies.

High school diploma or GED with minimum 60% in Biology 30, Chemistry 30, ELA 30-1 or 30-2, and Mathematics 30-1 or 30-2. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. IELTS 7.0 overall with 6.5 in each band, or equivalent English proficiency. Must meet NAPRA language requirements.

On-campus, full-time, two years.
