If you are already working as a teacher, corporate trainer, tutor, content creator or any professional who delivers learning online, and you have at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree plus two years of relevant experience, the PGCert in Online Teaching offers the next step. The course addresses how to design, deliver and evaluate digital learning, helping you answer questions about learner needs, technology use and inclusive practice.

The programme runs fully online over one year, combining four taught modules that cover design and production of online learning, evidence-informed practice, introductory online teaching skills and the theory of learning online. It develops practical abilities in using digital tools, planning and evaluating virtual sessions, and building digital literacy, preparing you for teaching roles in schools, colleges, universities or informal settings.
