This programme involves partnerships with several Fachakademien für Sozialpädagogik, including the Diakonie Südostoberbayern - Fachakademie für Sozialpädagogik Mühldorf a. Inn, enabling students to combine their studies with practical training as part of their education to become Erzieher/innen.

It focuses on three key areas: leadership competence, MINT (mathematics, natural sciences, informatics, and technology) and media education, and child protection.
