About Office Administration – Legal

Students complete hands-on training in legal office procedures and document production. They gain experience with specialized legal software and practice written communication and proofreading. The program covers litigation, family, corporate, real estate, and estate law. Students develop skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal terminology.

Focus areas include Litigation, Family Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Estate Law.

3 semesters (12 months), full-time, includes an unpaid field placement.

Graduates may work as legal administrative assistants or receptionists in law firms, government offices, or corporate legal departments.

Fluency in English is required. Keyboarding speed of 50 words per minute (net) is required to graduate.

On-campus and online delivery, flexible format, full-time.
