Nuclear Career Accelerator Program

The program is grounded in theory and practical application of nuclear systems and safety. Students learn foundational knowledge in nuclear science, operations, regulations, and project management. The curriculum focuses on preparing mid-career professionals for roles in the nuclear sector. Learners gain skills in safety culture, waste management, and integration of nuclear energy into power systems.

Focus areas include Nuclear Fundamentals, Regulations and Safety, Operations Overview, Nuclear in Society, Life Cycle Assessment, Materials & Fuels.

11 weeks, 4 core courses, minimum 3 elective courses, no co-op or practicum.

Graduates enter roles in the nuclear industry such as nuclear project coordinator, safety analyst, or operations support professional.
