About Medical Radiologic Technology

This is a two-and-a-half-year on-campus advanced diploma program. Students receive hands-on training in radiographic equipment use and patient positioning. The curriculum includes anatomy, radiation safety, imaging techniques, and clinical practicum. Students develop skills in image critique and patient care using medical imaging technology.

Two-and-a-half years, 90 credits, includes 40 weeks of clinical practicum in Saskatchewan hospitals and clinics, full-time on-campus delivery.

Graduates work as medical radiologic technologists in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic imaging centers across Canada.

Grade 12 with minimum 70% in English Language Arts 30, Foundations of Math 30 or Pre-Calculus 30 or Calculus 30, Chemistry 30, and Biology 30. International applicants must meet English language requirements. Competitive admission based on academic average.

On-campus, full-time, 2.5 years.
