Bachelor in Mechatronics Engineering

Mechatronics Engineering integrates mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering principles to design automated and intelligent systems such as robotics, sensors, and control systems. Typical coursework covers mechanics, electronics, control theory, programming, and robotics, along with hands-on laboratory and project work that brings these disciplines together. Graduates pursue careers in automation, robotics, manufacturing, and product design, or continue into graduate studies in mechatronics or related engineering fields. This bachelor program runs for 4 years and is delivered in English at Eastern Mediterranean University in Gazimağusa, Northern Cyprus. By combining coursework from several engineering disciplines, the program is structured to prepare graduates to work on integrated systems that combine mechanical components, electronics, and software control.
