Mechanical Engineering Technology

This programme prepares students for careers as mechanical engineering technologists. Students learn how machines move and how systems function for safety and efficiency. They study heat transfer, stress analysis, and automation. They also develop skills in technical communication and teamwork.

Two years full-time or part-time; 60 credits; includes co-op work term.

Graduates work as mechanical engineering technologists, design technologists, or automation technologists.

High school completion with 65% in ELA 30-1 or 30-2, 60% in MATH 30-1 or 75% in MATH 30-2, and 60% in PHYS 30. International students must meet English language requirements such as IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 83 iBT.

On-campus full-time or part-time; day classes with some evening options.
