This programme prepares students to work in mechanical systems for buildings. You will study heating, plumbing, and piping systems used in construction. The focus is on reading plans, understanding fluid mechanics, and applying thermodynamic principles. You will complete lab work and practical projects to build hands-on skills.

The curriculum includes courses in building mechanics, technical writing, philosophy, and physical health. You will learn how to interpret blueprints, calculate heat transfer, and use psychrometric charts. Labs and problem-solving sessions help you apply theory to real-world tasks.
