The Master's in Project Management and Data Science (MPMD) at HTW Berlin is a two-year English-taught programme that develops dual competencies in data analysis and international project management. The curriculum advances from foundational knowledge in both fields to hands-on expertise, and also includes courses in international business law, change management and leadership, cross-cultural communication, data governance and security, and artificial intelligence. The programme runs over four semesters and can start in either the winter or summer semester. The first two semesters build competencies in data analytics and project management; the third semester applies this knowledge in real-life business scenarios and includes courses in advanced data mining, natural language processing, and responsible data management.
