This research-oriented Master's programme develops students' technical and interdisciplinary competence in artificial intelligence, building on a preceding Bachelor's degree in computer science. The curriculum is structured around four course catalogues covering AI foundations, advanced models and methods, AI systems challenges, and domain applications, with students required to take courses across all areas. Integrated AI projects, labs, and seminars connect students to active research and give hands-on experience with real AI problems. Students may also begin preparing for their thesis from the outset through larger, multi-part projects, and part-time study is possible. The four-semester programme admits students in both winter and summer semesters. The degree prepares graduates for research and development roles in academia and industry.
