About Master of Engineering (Computer Engineering)

Applications close 9 December 2025.

The programme runs over two years of full-time study, with a part-time equivalent option that spreads the same units across a longer period. The first year builds core engineering competencies and introduces specialist computer-engineering subjects, while the second year focuses on advanced topics and a major project.

It is aimed at graduates who have completed a recognised four-year Bachelor of Engineering (or an Honours degree) with an average mark of at least 60 %. Candidates should already possess a foundation in engineering principles and be prepared to deepen their knowledge of hardware, embedded systems and modern communication networks. Applicants must submit official academic transcripts, evidence of English proficiency and identification documents; those with relevant work experience may receive credit for prior learning.

You will engage in weekly lectures, laboratory work in signal processing and image/video labs, and a supervised capstone project.
