The Master's degree program in Management at Gdańsk University of Technology, taught in English over four semesters, carries yearly tuition of 21,500 PLN and prepares graduates to perform managerial tasks in a dynamically changing international environment. Graduates gain comprehensive competencies at an in-depth level along with the ability to apply them in multidisciplinary contexts, including the capacity to seek out, analyze, critically evaluate, and synthesize information from a variety of sources in order to identify and solve complex management problems. The program also builds skills for interacting with colleagues toward a common outcome and for using appropriate communication tools to share knowledge and convey ideas and information effectively. Students are expected to exhibit professional behavior and to develop the potential to act entrepreneurially and take on leadership roles, both in their chosen positions and in broader communities. Students choose one of two specializations. International Management, which holds AMBA accreditation, builds skills for creative and entrepreneurial action in an international environment. Sustainability Management in Business is a newer specialization that shapes administrative competencies in the context of sustainable development. Graduates are prepared to work in national and international companies across diverse profiles, in consulting companies, on project teams, in administration, and at non-governmental organizations. Based in Gdańsk, on Poland's Baltic coast, the program combines core management training with a choice of internationally accredited or sustainability-focused specialization tracks, taught entirely in English at a technical university with strong industry ties.
