Students work with machine tools such as lathes, mills, drill presses, and CNC equipment in hands-on shop settings. They learn blueprint reading, precision measurement, and computer numerical control operations. Training includes online blended learning for CNC courses and an industry-based work experience. Instructors focus on safety, workflow, and technical skills needed in industrial environments.

One year, full-time, on-campus. Includes industry-based work experience and blended online learning for CNC course.

Graduates work as CNC machinists and tool and die makers in manufacturing, mining, power generation, and repair facilities.

Grade 12 or equivalent. English language requirement. Alternative admission available through ACCUPLACER scores: 250 Arithmetic, 245 Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics, 243 Reading. Post-secondary credits may also be accepted.
